HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Choose the product you would like to purchase, select the applicable variation or option, add it to your cart, and complete checkout using one of the available payment methods.
HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER WAS SUCCESSFUL?
After successfully completing checkout, you should receive an order confirmation email.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
For the United States, Australia, United Kingdom, Canada, and New Zealand, our estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days.
Actual delivery times may occasionally vary due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes.
Once tracking information becomes available, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number or tracking link.
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

We may be able to update the address before fulfillment begins.
Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been processed or shipped.
CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
Please contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has not entered processing or fulfillment, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel it.
CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
Eligible products may be returned within 90 days after delivery.

WHO PAYS RETURN SHIPPING?
For normal change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping.
If we confirm that a product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, we will cover the applicable return shipping cost or provide another appropriate solution.
WHAT IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED?

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
HOW LONG DO REFUNDS TAKE?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Banks and payment providers generally require approximately 5–10 business days to complete processing.
ARE ALL TOYS SUITABLE FOR ALL AGES?
No.
Customers should review the product page, packaging, age recommendations, and applicable safety warnings before use.
